Creation Details

Timeless Express is a poetic artefact of horological memory, unveiled within the official Salon at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025. As one of the founding pieces of the Astra Temporis collection, it introduces a visual language where time is sculpted rather than counted.

The dial, inspired by surreal contours, becomes a stage where train, boat, and balloon drift across epochs, tracing a silent choreography between mechanical rhythm and metaphysical journey.

Produced in a limited edition of 6 and 12 numbered pieces, each exemplar is individually signed, authenticated by the Maison’s seal, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

The Story Behind

Timeless Express charts an odyssey where memory and momentum merge into a single trajectory. Its track is unseen, yet unmistakable, an invisible thread linking the world’s horological capitals in a quiet continuum. Geneva, London, Paris, Tokyo, New York, Le Sentier, Le Locle, Le Brassus. Each name glows like a pulse on the dial of time, illuminating a constellation of heritage in motion.

Here, the dial does not mark the hour, it absorbs it. Its shape, fluid and elastic, echoes a surreal reverie where structure yields to sensation. A tribute, perhaps, to the dreamlike elasticity of Dalí’s visions, it curves under the weight of recollection and sways with the rhythm of the unseen.

Paper boats drift across a sea of stars, like forgotten messages surrendered to the cosmos. Above, a silent balloon watches over this choreography of memory and motion, an ascension to perspective. At the core, a jet of water rises: the only force tethering the journey to gravity, anchoring the infinite in a single, precise instant.

In this suspended voyage, time neither races nor slows, it breathes. And with each breath, the moment extends just beyond reach, becoming both departure and arrival. An unending pause between two beats of eternity.
