Creation Details

Geneve, Lockheed Constellation is an Atelier WOCS creation, meticulously crafted in the Geneva ateliers, where artistic mastery brings history to life. Singularly handcrafted by skilled artisans, this composition was created as part of an exhibition uniting Haute Horlogerie, history, and fine artistry - a collaboration between Bucherer and our Maison.

Produced in a limited edition of 50 numbered pieces, each artwork is authenticated by the Maison’s seal, individually signed and numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity

The Story Behind

In 1946, the Lockheed Constellation soared above the Rade, marking Geneva’s entrance into the era of transatlantic flight. Commissioned by TWA, the aircraft embodied a new elegance in aviation: pressurized, streamlined, and resolutely modern.

Below, Geneva was rising as the epicentre of diplomacy and precision, already bearing the title Capitale mondiale de l’horlogerie. This composition captures a suspended moment in time, where the mastery of altitude and the mastery of time converged. A tribute not to motion, but to legacy.

  Détails d’Œuvre

Méthode Realised through the Maison’s Étorie™ process, combining natural pigment inks on pure cotton paper. Each composition may receive discreet hand-applied touches to enrich depth, texture, and visual resonance.
Lieu d’origine Entirely handcrafted within the Geneva ateliers of Atelier WOCS, where each exemplar is shaped with care, intention, and lasting character.

Each tableau is presented in a hand-crafted frame, prepared to the highest standards and finished to the preferences of its future Guardian.

As part of Swiss cultural heritage, the collections are entrusted only to Custodians selected by the Maison to preserve and transmit this legacy.

The process begins by contacting our Concierge, who will arrange a private meeting in one of the Maison’s Salons Privés around the world. If you are drawn to a specific piece, we invite you to reach out to begin this process.
