The Story Behind
Perched high in the French Alps, Courchevel is more than a winter resort, it is an aviation icon. Its altiport, with one of the world’s shortest and steepest runways, transformed alpine access in the 1960s and became a symbol of daring engineering and exclusive travel.
For decades, it has welcomed only the most precise landings and distinguished guests. This composition pays tribute to Courchevel’s unique role in aviation history.
