If you have any issues with your delivery please contact us at art(@)wocs.ch and we will do our best to sort it out for you. WOCS will gladly accept returns and issue and on-line store credit or refund the item. Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unopened, new condition, with all original tags and stickers attached. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return through the contact form. Note, that you must ship the item back to us with a copy of your order confirmation 14 days from date your request is approved. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for a refund. WOCS will not be responsible if the addressee is not present at the time of delivery and/or if the Customer (or the person designated by the Customer) does not pick up the Products at the carrier’s office, after the Carrier delivers a note to the addressee.
